Basics of Setting up a BNB Business: – Holiday Home:
1) Fresh Linen: New Bedsheet, New Pillow case/ pillow, Fresh towels, towel mats, Face towel, bodywash/lotion, shower cap. Toothbrush, comb, Bucket Mug.
2) Daily Cleaning: Dusting, Sweeping Mopping, bathroom Cleaning.
3) AC Maintenance: – Once a month.
4) Pantry: – Induction stove, Pots & Pans, Cooker, Utensils and Cutlery: – Fridge: inclusion Butter salted / herb butter, Jams, Eggs, Mineral water bottle 20 Litre Cans, Soda, Lemon, Fruit Basket, Veggy Basket, cheese slices, Bread basket, 1 KG rice bags, 1 KG atta, 1 KG Pluses, 1 KG Dal, 1 packet Salt, Spices, rubber bands.
5) WiFi: – pay for the year in advance.
